RESORT POLICIES AND GUIDELINES
Santorini De Infanta Beach Resort strives to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly private resort and events experience. The following Resort Policies & Guidelines have been established based on industry standards, management and operational procedures. These Resort Policies & Guidelines are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. As our resort guest, by reading and signing your resort registration you are agreeing to abide by all of our Resort Policies & Guidelines, terms and conditions, and procedures. Resort Policies & Guidelines are presented here to help promote our guests’ safety and enjoyment and to ensure that each guest is aware of the understandings between the Santorini De Infanta Beach Resort and the guest. Our Resort Policies & Guidelines may change from time to time, so please check back often.
RESERVATION:
1. The resort is rented for resort slots.
2. DAY TOUR: A resort day tour starts at 8:00 a.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 6:00 p.m. (10hrs) on the same day. A resort night tour starts at 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 6:00 a.m. (10hrs) of the following day. A full day room accommodation starts at 2:00 p.m. and ends at 12:00 p.m. (22 hours) the next day. Failure to check out by the end time of the rented room accommodation will result in an additional fee for extending a resort stay. A charge for the extension amounts to PhP 500.00 per hour.
3. Early check-in is offered based on availability.
4. There will be no refunds for early check-out.
5. To ensure your room reservation, payment must be paid at least 72 hours prior to check-in or at least 50% of the total room rate/rent.
6. In case the guest fails to appear at the resort by 12 p.m. (Room Reservation) we will consider it as a full room charge and no refund will be accepted. Room not occupied by 10pm hours will be seen as No Show unless prior arrangement has been made.
7. The resort is obliged to ensure:
a) Conditions for full and undisturbed rest of the guest
b) Safety of stay and privacy. Every guest provides its consent to processing their personal information for the purposes of checking in and placing its data in the resort database. The guest has the right to review and correct its personal data.
c) Professional and polite service in respect of all services rendered by the resort
d) Cleaning of the room and performing necessary repairs of equipment during the guest's absence or in their presence is so requested by the guest
CANCELLATIONS:
Santorini De Infanta is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. Reservations must be canceled 72 hours resort time prior to your arrival date in order to avoid forfeiture of your deposit. If reservations are canceled less than 72 hours before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded, but can be applied to future resort stays.8. The resort renders services in accordance with its category and standard. Guests are requested to submit any complaints regarding the quality of services at the office as soon as possible, thus allowing for the resort's immediate reaction.
e) In case of any defects which could not be repaired, the resort shall make every effort to, where possible, change the room or in any other way redress the inconvenience.
PETS:
The resort accepts guests traveling with small dogs. A maximum of two (2) small dogs are allowed. No other animals are allowed. The guest bears full responsibility for any damage caused by their pet, which may include repair and cleaning fees. Pets must be leashed in common areas. Due to health/hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed in the pool. The resort will not be responsible for damage to guest’s properties or injuries to other persons caused by the guest’s pets.
COMMON USAGE AREA:
1. At the guest's request, the resort renders the following free-of-charge services:
a) Information concerning the guest's stay and travel
b) Use of equipment such as TV, refrigerator, grills, water dispenser.
c) Access to a swimming pool during hours of availability.
d) Use of videoke/karaoke machine pursuant to Rules and Regulations applicable to use of equipment (“quiet hours” ordinances/laws).
2. The resort reserves the rights to modify (add or remove) equipment that can be used by guests without prior notice.
3. Inside parking for guests using the private resort is provided for free. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. Santorini De Infanta shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the resort property. If a vehicle is left in the resort property after the guest has departed without the written consent of the resort, the resort reserves the right to have the vehicle towed at the owner’s expense. No vehicle repairs on hotel premises.
SAFETY AND SECURITY:
1. Firearms and deadly weapons are not allowed inside the resort. Exempted from this policy are law enforcement officers and designated military personnel who are on-duty and required to carry firearms in the performance of their duties. No exemption to this policy is allowed for private persons, even those licensed and permitted to carry a firearm openly or concealed under local, or national law
2. The resort security/caretaker has the right to inspect every person’s bags, luggage or other items prior to admission and check-out.
3. Minors should always be accompanied by an adult at all times.
4. We work hard keeping te are clean. Kindly do your part by throwing all trash is designated trash bins including cigarette butts, etc..
5. In doing our part to help the mother earth, turn off water faucets, shower heads, a/c, lights, etc.. When not in use.
6. Please take care of your valuables. The management is not responsible for any loss or damage of your personal belongings.
When leaving the room, guests are expected to check whether the door is properly locked. Loss of a room key is subject to an extra charge of PhP 250.00.
7. The resort guest bears financial liability for damaging or destroying the resort's equipment and technical devices due to their fault or due to the fault of their visitors. The guests will be assessed and charged the full cost of repairs and replacement of the damages to bring back the resort to prior condition.
8. Room heaters, electric irons and other similar devices that emit heat which are not a part of the resort room equipment are not allowed to be used inside the rooms due to the fire safety.
9. Smoking inside the room and in the pool is prohibited. Use of other recreational drugs are also strictly prohibited. Violation of the prohibition is subject to a cleaning fee of PhP 1000.00. The resort has the right to deny admission or evict the guest or group of guest if found under the influence of drugs generally disturbing the peace and order at the resort and/or engaging in fights.
Guests and vendors who fail to abide by our policy may be asked to leave the resort premises, are subject to trespass and may be subject to further legal action.
DISCLAIMER:
Santorini De Infanta Beach Resort reserves the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary or add to these Resort Policies & Guidelines or the arrangements and content featured on our Resort website at any time without prior notice. The guests are responsible for checking regularly for updates to the Resort Policy & Guidelines. Any modification to these Resort Policy & Guidelines that occurs before the guest’s departure is considered a part of the guest’s reservations agreement with the resort. A copy of these Resort Policies & Guidelines is located on the resort website, in the Guest Room Notebook, and available from the resort staff upon request.
